One Year New Parts Warranty
All Turbo and Mechanical Pump repairs come with a one year new parts and
labor warranty. For one full year if your pump breaks down by no fault of
your own*, we'll take it back and fix it at no additional charge! This
peace of mind comes free of charge with every repair we perform, a
guarantee of our dedication to quality service for you and your company.
*The warranty period is good for one full year.
The invoice date will be used to determine the start of the warranty
period. If the cause of failure is determined to be incorrect operation, or
improper maintenance the warranty is considered "void".
The liability under this warrant by Eagle shall
cease if any modification is made to the remanufactured equipment by anyone
other than an authorized representative of Eagle. Use of the equipment that
is not in compliance with OEM recommendation shall also invalidate the
warranty period.
Damage incurred at the customer's facility due
to handling, storage, or installation of the equipment is not the
responsibility of Eagle Instrument Services Inc.
